It is a gentle massage with swirling water applied to the upper or lower limbs at an isothermal temperature (the temperature is the same as the skin temperature (34-35 °C) or slightly higher. It improves blood circulation in the limbs, activates skin receptors, promotes the release of muscle and joint stiffness and increases with local metabolism. However, taking a whirlpool bath is not suitable for magnesium conditions, extensive skin defects, watery spots, collapsed conditions or varicose veins.
